Timothy Wendell Noonan Jr., a 36-year-old man, went missing on March 14, 2006, during the catastrophic Ka Loko dam breach on Kauai, Hawaii. Noonan had been living on the six-acre property of friends, Aurora and Alan Dingwall, along with several other people, including an engaged couple, Daniel Arroyo and Christina MacNees.
