Rowan Fehring-Dingwall, a 1-year-old boy, was last seen on March 13, 2006, in Kauai, Hawaii. Rowan lived with his parents, Aurora and Alan Dingwall, on their property along with several guests. On March 14, 2006, after an extended period of heavy rainfall, the Kaloko Dam on Kauai’s North Shore breached, releasing millions of gallons of water that swept through the area, causing widespread devastation.
