On a Sunday morning in September 2012, the life of 24-year-old Brandon Peller was tragically cut short. Around 11:30 a.m. on September 16th, a man arrived at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center with Peller, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to his neck. Peller, a resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was pronounced dead upon arrival. The man who brought him to the hospital claimed to have found him at an unknown location and denied having any knowledge of the shooting.
