On September 16, 2012, 24-year-old Brandon Peller was brought to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center with a fatal gunshot wound to his neck. Peller was last known to be in the Kempsville and Centerville area of the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake city line, possibly after visiting a friend's house or doing some side work.
