Dimitri B. McNeil, a 24-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2010. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:45 a.m., on the 4000 block of Scotia Drive. Dimitri was one of two victims in a shooting that also claimed the life of 23-year-old Leo Askew.
