Andrew Dominguez, a 27-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on August 10, 2014. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of Weber Avenue, located in the Indian River section of the city. Dominguez was found at the Crossroads Apartments, where he succumbed to his injuries from the gunshot wound. This case remains one of the many unsolved homicides in Chesapeake, highlighting the ongoing challenges faced by law enforcement in solving such crimes.
