DeQuane Dominic Hallums, known as "Quan Quan," tragically passed away on November 10, 2011, at the age of 20 in Chesapeake, Virginia. Born on July 18, 1991, in Norfolk, VA, to Shawn and Gwendolyn Hallums, DeQuane's life was cut short by a violent incident.
