Bernard Antonio Paulin, a 29-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2012. Paulin, originally from Tifton, Georgia, was found with a bullet wound to the head near the 4300 block of Marshall Avenue in Newport News.
