In the early morning hours of September 8, 2012, the life of 32-year-old Larry 'LB' Andrews Jr. was tragically cut short in Newport News, Virginia. Police responded to a call around 2:30 AM and discovered Andrews in a parking lot on the 300 block of Circuit Lane, suffering from critical gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
