In the early morning hours of a spring Saturday in Newport News, Virginia, the life of 25-year-old Chre’tien Michael Anthony Brown was tragically cut short. On April 13, 2019, at approximately 4:45 a.m., the sound of gunshots echoed through the Aqueduct Apartments on Aqueduct Drive, prompting calls to the Newport News Police Department.
