James Claggion IV, an 18-year-old from Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 16, 2018. He was found dead inside his grandmother's home on Chestnut Avenue, having succumbed to a gunshot wound. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately ruled a homicide by the authorities. James, affectionately known as "Tutu" by his family, had recently returned to Newport News from Atlanta, where he was pursuing a burgeoning hip-hop career.
