Marquail Lamar Manley, a 24-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2016. Marquail, who was originally from Suffolk, Virginia, was a graduate of Menchville High School and was known for his respectful and loving nature. On the night of his death, Marquail was reportedly shot and killed outside the Harpers Landing Apartments in Newport News.
