Phyllis Felicia Vinston, affectionately known as "Fee," was a 27-year-old mother of two from Newport News, Virginia. She tragically lost her life on January 5, 2013, in a violent incident that shocked the local community. Phyllis was born on June 26, 1985, in Hampton, Virginia, and was a devoted mother to her two sons, Andrew Livingston-Vinston and Tyveon Stokes.
