On a Saturday afternoon in Waterloo, Iowa, the body of 27-year-old London Moore was discovered. It was April 6, 2024, when a call to consolidated dispatch at approximately 1:00 PM reported a person on the ground near a former auto shop, Corky's Auto, in the 400 block of West Parker Street. When Waterloo Patrol Officers arrived at the scene, they found a male individual who was deceased.
