On a tragic Friday night in Newport News, Virginia, the life of 19-year-old Donteous Trayvon McEachern was cut short. On March 22, 2013, McEachern, a young male, was at a house party on Clearbrook Road. An altercation broke out at the party, leading to gunfire.
During the fight, McEachern was struck in the chest by a bullet. Despite his injuries, he managed to make his way out of the house before collapsing. He was rushed to a local hospital, but tragically, he was pronounced dead.
