Mhai Scott, a 38-year-old woman from Sterling, Virginia, tragically lost her life on May 29, 2013, in an incident at a Costco store where she was employed. On that day, Scott was working as a sample server when she began acting erratically, reportedly becoming upset after running out of pizza samples.
