Robert Lee Fox, a 16-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Fox and a group of teenagers were reportedly breaking into cars on the street where Dominique T. Clark, a concealed handgun permit holder, resided. Clark, upon hearing a car alarm, confronted the group. During the confrontation, Clark shot and killed Fox. Fox's body was later found lying in an alley in Mechanicsville.
