Vidal Lamont Sills, a 41-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2014. Sills was shot and killed outside an apartment building in the 13000 block of Sojourner Court in the Denbigh area of Newport News. According to police reports, the incident occurred after an argument between Sills and Joshua Johnson Caffey, a 24-year-old man from Newport News.
