Dallas Edward Cline, a 45-year-old resident of Oakwood, Virginia, passed away on September 14, 2014. He was a disabled correctional officer at Keen Mountain Correctional Center and a lifelong resident of Buchanan County. Dallas was known for his dedication to his community and his family. He was a member of the Little Josie Old Regular Baptist Church in Breaks, Virginia, and was remembered fondly by those who knew him.
