In the summer of 2015, the life of 34-year-old Dante L. Suber was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. On the afternoon of June 24th, a Wednesday, officers from the Richmond Police Department were called to the 1100 block of St. John Street in the Gilpin Court neighborhood.
