Dante L. Suber, a 34-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 24, 2015. On that fateful afternoon, around 1:40 p.m., officers from the Richmond Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 1100 block of St. John Street in the Gilpin Court area.
