On a late summer evening in Virginia Beach, Virginia, the life of 22-year-old Devontai Michael Snowden was tragically cut short. On August 22, 2015, Snowden was found shot to death in the 1000 block of Sea Cove Court, at the Atlantis Apartments complex. The young man, described by friends as a good person who would help anyone, was discovered just before 9:10 p.m. with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and chest.
