Devontai Michael Snowden, a 22-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2015. Snowden was found shot to death at the Atlantis Apartments located in the 1000 block of Sea Cove Court. The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. when officers responded to reports of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, they discovered Snowden's body, marking the beginning of a complex investigation into his untimely death.
