Demonte Chambers, a 16-year-old from Newport News, Virginia, tragically passed away on August 29, 2015. He was found dead inside his home on Wickham Avenue along with 20-year-old Nickeia Hunter, a friend visiting from Hampton. Both Chambers and Hunter died from gunshot wounds to the head. While Hunter's death was immediately ruled a homicide, the manner of Chambers' death was initially pending further investigation.
