Eljon Michael Wofford, a 28-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2005. Born on July 12, 1977, in Newport News, he was the son of the late Nelsene Viola Wofford Lucas and Daniel Smallwood. Eljon received his education in the Hampton and Newport News public school systems.
