In the early hours of a Sunday morning in February 2021, the life of 21-year-old Rozahn Tre-zor Luckett was tragically cut short. A graduate of Denbigh High School, the young man was found with gunshot wounds in the 200 block of Pointer Circle in Newport News, Virginia.
