Shayne Amani Capehart, a 15-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 14, 2022. Shayne was a student at Heritage High School and was known for his love of roller skating and basketball. On the night of his death, Shayne was shot outside his home on Walden Pond Court.
