Danny Centeno-Miranda, a 17-year-old student at Park View High School in Sterling, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of September 4, 2015. The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. at the corner of East Cornell Drive and North Duke Drive, a residential area near the school. Danny was shot twice in the back while he was on his way to school, and he later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
