James Frink, a 31-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2015. He was found in the parking lot of a Waffle House located on West Mercury Boulevard, having been shot multiple times. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
