In the early morning hours of a November Sunday in 2015, the life of 31-year-old James Edward Frink was tragically cut short in Hampton, Virginia. Known affectionately as 'Jay' to his friends and family, James was a man who was said to have a great passion for life, enjoying simple pleasures like reading, music, and dancing.
