Jordan Monteiro, a 37-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2018. The incident occurred late at night when police received calls around 9 p.m. reporting gunshots in the area of Dunbar Road and Delaware Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Monteiro lying on the side of the road, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
