In the late hours of a Friday night in Hampton, Virginia, the life of 37-year-old Jordan Monteiro was tragically cut short. On March 9, 2018, police responded to calls of gunfire around 9 p.m. in the vicinity of Dunbar Road and Delaware Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Monteiro on the side of the road, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
