On a Sunday evening in Hampton, Virginia, the life of 24-year-old Tylon Evans was cut short in a burst of violence. On November 2, 2025, Evans, a resident of Suffolk, found himself on the second floor of a parking garage at Peninsula Town Center. It was there, just after 7 p.m., that an encounter with another man, 21-year-old Jeremiah Dean of Hampton, turned fatal. Gunshots shattered the evening calm, leaving both men with critical injuries.
