On the evening of Sunday, November 2, 2025, the life of 24-year-old Tylon Evans of Suffolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short in a double homicide. The fatal incident occurred just after 7 p.m. on the second floor of a parking garage at the Peninsula Town Center in Hampton. Another man, 21-year-old Jeremiah Dean of Hampton, was also killed in the shooting.
