Chris L. Palmer Jr., a 4-year-old boy from Hampton, Virginia, tragically passed away on July 2, 2015. The young boy, affectionately known as CJ, died after accidentally shooting himself with a loaded handgun he found in his parents' bedroom. The incident occurred at their home on the 300 block of West Chamberlin Avenue.
