In the spring of 2025, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Hampton, Virginia. Jayland DeShawn Kelley, a 21-year-old Black male known affectionately as 'Kaveman,' was fatally wounded in a shooting on the afternoon of April 15th. The incident occurred around 1:13 p.m. in the vicinity of Old Big Bethel Road and Topping Lane.
