Keith Joseph Williams, aged 60, tragically passed away on January 2, 2016, in Warsaw, Virginia. Williams, a resident of Mechanicsville, was an avid hunter and worked as a Senior Utility Technician for Hanover County Public Utilities since 1994. On the day of his death, Williams was participating in a large organized deer hunting group in the Suggetts Point area of Richmond County.
