Adren Raheem Garnett, a 20-year-old resident of James City County, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2017, following a shooting incident at the Burnt Ordinary Apartments in Toano, VA. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when James City County Police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Garnett suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
