Wayne Anthony Watford, aged 42, was tragically found dead on March 1, 2016, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Suffolk, Virginia. The medical examiner reported that Watford had suffered gunshot wounds to the torso. His death was ruled a homicide, and the investigation quickly led to the identification of a suspect, Karlton Lamond Boone Jr., an 18-year-old Suffolk native.
