Leondrae Shaqil Johnson, a 25-year-old resident of Suffolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 26, 2019, in a double shooting incident. The shooting occurred around 4:10 p.m. at the Happy Shopper store located in the 600 block of East Washington Street.
