Dontes Lasedric Simpson, a 27-year-old resident of Danville, Virginia, tragically passed away on May 7, 2016. Simpson, who was born on June 13, 1988, was a beloved member of his community, known for his quiet demeanor and ever-present smile. He was a graduate of Bartlett Yancey Senior High School and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. At the time of his death, he was employed at the Dollar General Distribution Center in South Boston, VA.
