Deborah June Heishman Ward, aged 58, passed away on August 23, 2016, at her residence in New Market, Virginia. Born on January 8, 1958, at the Hinkle Maternity Home in New Market, she was the daughter of Mary P. Phillips Heishman Hill and the late Douglas Heishman. Deborah, affectionately known as Debbie, was a well-known figure in her community.
