Daniel Wesley Brown, aged 56, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2016, in a shooting incident at the FreightCar America facility in Roanoke, Virginia. Daniel, who resided in Montvale, VA, was originally from Lockport, New York. He was a dedicated employee at FreightCar America, where he was well-regarded by his colleagues. His death was a result of a workplace shooting carried out by Getachew Fekede, a former employee of the same company.
