Donna Pentek, aged 51, was found dead on January 6, 2017, in her home located in the 9200 block of Okla Drive in Fairfax, Virginia. The tragic incident was initially reported as a double shooting, with both Donna and her husband, Laszlo Pentek, found with gunshot wounds. Donna was discovered on her bed, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head, while Laszlo was found bleeding in the bathtub with a gunshot wound.
