Amy Baker, 18 years old, was murdered on March 29, 1989, while traveling in Fairfax, Virginia. That night, Amy was returning home to Stafford County after visiting her family in Falls Church. While driving on Interstate 95 near Backlick Road, her car ran out of gas. According to reports, Amy left her car to seek help, but she never made it home.
