Death by Force

Kyra Franchetti, a two-year-old girl from Fairfax, VA, tragically died on July 27, 2016, in what has been ruled a murder-suicide. The incident occurred at the home of her biological father, Roy Eugene Rumsey, who was also found dead at the scene. The bodies of Kyra and Rumsey were discovered by firefighters responding to a house fire at Rumsey's residence on Fairfax Hunt Road.
