Lashorn A. Evans, an 18-year-old from DeKalb County, Georgia, was tragically killed on February 15, 2017, in Chesapeake, Virginia. The incident occurred shortly after 9 p.m. in the 3100 block of Gaston Drive in the Camelot neighborhood. According to police reports, Evans was involved in an attempted home invasion that ended in a fatal shooting. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
