An 18-year-old man, Brehon Malik Williams, known to his loved ones as 'Breezy,' was fatally shot in the early morning hours of Sunday, January 4, 2015. The incident occurred around 3:12 AM in the 2900 block of Fireside Road in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake, Virginia.
