In the early morning hours of July 1, 2017, the life of 23-year-old Alon Alvin Clipper was tragically cut short in a shooting that occurred in a Fredericksburg, Virginia shopping center parking lot. Clipper, a resident of King George County and a semi-professional football player, was with friends at the Greenbrier Shopping Center on Plank Road when the incident unfolded.
