Colin Quentin Chappell, a 49-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 19, 2017. The incident occurred during an altercation inside a home located in the 700 block of Ridgeway Avenue. According to reports, a single gunshot was fired during the fight, striking Chappell. Despite being transported to a local hospital by the Hampton Division of Fire & Rescue, he succumbed to his injuries.
