Donald Burrell, a 70-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, was found dead on October 9, 2016. Police responded to a call about an unresponsive man at a house on Somerville Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered Donald Burrell's body, which had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The medical examiner later confirmed that Burrell had been shot 13 to 15 times in the upper portion of his body.
