Donald Burrell, a 70-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, was found dead on October 9, 2016. Police responded to a call about an unresponsive man at a house on Somerville Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered Donald Burrell's body, which had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
