On a cold Monday night in Hampton, Virginia, the life of 28-year-old Terrence Donald Lowther, a Black male from Newport News, was tragically cut short. Just before midnight on November 27, 2017, police were called to the LaSalle Landing apartments where they discovered Lowther inside, suffering from a single gunshot wound.
