On a cold December night in Richmond, Virginia, the lives of two young men were tragically cut short. Anthony Josiah Jones, a 20-year-old male, and his companion, 21-year-old Dwayne Fredrick Frazier Jr., were discovered inside a vehicle in the Creighton Court neighborhood on December 17, 2017. Both men had sustained gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.
