Charlene Elaine Barrios, aged 26, was last heard from in late September or early October 1988. At the time, she mentioned to her mother that she was in Florida. However, no further contact was made, and she was reported missing nearly two years later, in August 1990, by her mother. The delay in reporting complicates the case, as her last known location and circumstances are somewhat vague.
