Terah B. Springs, a 38-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was found dead inside his home on December 26, 2017. The discovery was made by police officers who were conducting a welfare check at a residence in the 1500 block of Carlisle Avenue in the Fulton Hill neighborhood.
