Tevon M. Cook, a 26-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 16, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the 1600 block of Spotsylvania Street, where officers responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Cook suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries later that same day.
